The short version

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the app; below that, only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
• The basic version is free and funded by advertising. Premium subscriptions run through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until you cancel them there.
• The app is not a substitute for medical or nutritional advice.
• Rules for user content: insults, hate speech, harassment, calls for violence, content about self-harm or eating disorders, sexual content, spam and dangerous health claims are forbidden. We do not tolerate them.
• Reporting and blocking: every comment and every recipe can be reported. Every account can be blocked – in both directions and immediately. We aim to review reported content within 24 hours and may hide it until we have decided.
• Account deletion: your personal and health data is deleted. Recipes and comments you have already published stay in the app and are handed over, anonymised, to the app account “Avoketo”. If you do not want a published item to stay, delete it beforehand.
